I think BAD ROMANCE video shows that music videos can still be relevant. The song was struggling a bit before the video, but after the video it went straight to the top of itunes, became a radio smash and had great longevity. What was once a struggling song became what may end up being Lady Gaga's biggest song to date.

Who said videos were irrelevant? 99% of the time, once a video is released songs move up. iTunes Music Video section is a hot topic, and has been. Plus, you have streaming / YouTube + VeVo. Don't mistake music videos transitioning from TV to the internet as irrelevancy.

They removed the single version of it yesterday, & so the album version is still moving up
