Taylor has been worried about being overexposed for ages now. The snippets Kim released even confirmed this as far back as January.

She can't exclude her placement on the list but she can deny the request to have her on the cover. It's not exactly a stretch to assume Forbes would request her picture given her record-breaking earnings.

She said herself "I'm this close to overexposure" that was in January and no one can deny that. She's basically been on her break since April, offline since May, hasn't given any interviews in a while, same with all kinds of shootings or other business. It's also known that she's going to break her traditional 2 year cycle and will take a longer break. I expect her new album in 2017 but who knows.

Her rep has used GossipCop to confirm or deny before (though not saying that this was the source). Also, this came out before the video recording was released.
