I assume this will be gone into, but in the books it's hinted that Lyanna and Rheagar were in love and had run away and got married when he 'kidnapped her'. Targaryen's have been known to take more than one wife.

Am I the only who thinks that Cersei was well aware of what Tommen was going to do? She could no longer control him and, besides, she knew that sooner or later Tommen would die.
