Jessie J. she has proven time to time that her vocals are up to par with the whitney's , mariah's etc. she has all the vocals your fave wishes to have.

Gaga needs to prove she's still a force in music.

Do: Gaga needs a successful comeback. Katy needs acclaim, voice and dance lessons. Britney needs a comeback single, Beyonce needs to be involved in her projects and Rihanna needs to write all of her songs and get voice lessons to help her out.
