I don't know of this counts but the people of Puerto Rico are very nice. They have a lot of pride in their struggling island. They definitely want the tourists to enjoy their stay.

Based on my travel experience, Bosnians are the friendliest. They would go all out to help you, even my hostel owner cooked for all the guests on one night.
