Personally, I'm waiting patiently. I don't feel like Britney/her team will just drop a single like that. Literally every single since Womanizer has had a pre-release campaign. This is looking likely to be another Work Work situation, fans expecting the single when she was in the desert because so and so said such. Except now we'll get nothing and she'll only perform the medley Sunday.
Then again, Friday is so close now and it'd be a nice gift. But I'll keep waiting if not.

A day after..their tweets still looks (to me, at least) like a desperate attempt to cover the spoiler up and keep it secret! They sounded really too sure when they said "FRIDAY!" It's impossible...
This is just the Army in me talking, we have to wait and see...if the song comes out this week will be amazing, if it doesn't...will be amazing too, just 'cause of all the meltdowns (mine included!!)
If it's not out this weekend Britney better stay indoors for at least a month. Initially I thought missing a platform like the BMAS was stupid but that actually sounds exactly like something her team would do.
