I think some of you are underestimating its potential to go #1. Yeah, Panda & One Dance are huge on streaming atm, but don't count Needed Me out. It'll go at least top 3, but #1 is definitely up for grabs. This is Rihanna after all.

It depends also on the music video's replay value. Which was non existent for Kiss It Better. Hoping otherwise for Needed Me. As for now I just dont see it going #1 at all.

Songs generally don't go #1 without pop support, except in very special cases (huge debut or some huge viral streaming boost.. Panda is obviously the latter). Without that, it will have not huge airplay and probably not a fantastic digital performance.

And knowing Rih, the video release will be a mess, and get blocked, so.

We should be happy with a top 5 to be honest.

Airplay doesn't even account for much anymore. NM is already at ~14M AI on mediabase which is enough to top the hot 100 if let's say the video+spotify streams equate to 30-35M and it sells around 70k-90k downloads.

Streaming is most important and Rih has that advantage.

I think it'll peak at #3 or #4, which is amazing. Most of us couldn't even dream of this messy era having a #1 and another top 5 hit back to back, so I'm grateful for this turn of events

Which isnt realistic for Needed Me. Again the video has to have lots of replay value to achieve this.
