Guarantee you 100000% it's just uninformed voting. They see "incumbent" and vote for her instead of Kloppenburg who's far more experienced and qualified and isn't a piece of **** human being. If people spent 30 seconds on Google...
She technically hasn't won yet and they haven't called it but it's looking like it...
Although my county (UW-Madison) is only at 26.9% reporting with Kloppenburg at a huge lead so maybe that'll help
it'll be close.
I don't expect more from a man (especially the conservative variety lol.)
