See, I think he would be better for a Secretary of the Treasury position, because he's more interested in those issues. But, I always wanted him to be a part of her administration somehow, but here lately he's been becoming very negative towards the idea of supporting her and it's made me doubt the likelihood of that happening and made me dislike the idea more. The latest example is when he said that Hillary would have to adopt his entire platform and all of his positions to gain his endorsement during his interview on TYT.

He's still a candidate. If he ran as an independent, then he'd have more leeway.

Bernie was a virtual unknown who has been trying to get himself established. Of course he's not going to lighten up when he still stands a chance in a lot of these states.

His campaign is about grassroots coming together to start a revolution so it really wouldn't make sense for him to back down! Hillary's campaign is about how it's her turn to be the first female POTUS... and something something 9/11... because she's a woman [cheering intensifies].

Bernie would give credibility to Hillary among most liberals (which are becoming more and more common in the democratic party).

He doesn't agree with her on a lot of things but they both agree that a republican shouldn't win the white house. If both come together at the end of the convention I think most of the base will forgive what each other have said. It always happens.

Hillary has to please the Sanders' supporters at the end of the day and I don't see how she does it without picking him as her VP. And it's smart for him to stay in the race. That way, it makes it more likely for him as Clinton continues to run out of time to win over him supporters without him.

The idea that momentum doesn't exist is a little naive. I do think that many Democratic voters, regardless of State, will be persuaded to change their vote for a certain candidate if they have won so many states. They begin to see the candidate as more viable and able to be the nominee, and ultimately win the Presidency. A lot of people do vote based on if they think the candidate is going to win the Presidency. As Bernie keeps winning more states, people start visualising him in the oval office and therefore feel more comfortable voting for him.
