I dont understand why BAD ROMANCE has like 70 million hits on youtube but not enough streams where it matters for Hot 100.

the streaming isn't so important...it could be the difference when sales and airplay are very close.. but it is irrelevant

well bad romance is low in the streaming because the video is much better than the song so people go to youtube

but the streaming it isn't the problem why bad romance doesn't hit #1

bad romance stayed 4 weeks at #1 on itunes but the airplay wasn't enough..
radios still were playing paparazzi... the next time they'll have to be more intelligent with digital release ..
