It's the new year, that happens. The freeze continues until the 3rd. Here's the whole breakdown:

Most stations will air year-end countdowns on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and/or the two weekend days that follow. This means recurrents will comprise a higher than normal portion of airplay through Sunday, January 3.

Thanks for that, but why do the bullets go higher than normal?

Radio plays them like normal, but because they played them less than normal the week before, bullets looks higher than they would be if they were playing songs like normal this week.
