The video is Gaga at her wackiest, the VMA performance was only toned down because MTV wouldn't let her do the original concept (and the intro is still one of the weirdest VMA moments), and the booklet?
The ARTPOP era was WAY weirder than the BTW era (much of that on purpose).
Now the C2C and Tribute era I'll give - but not ARTPOP. I mean she got vomited on ffs.
We Can't Stop is the greatest song released by the new generation of artists.
