You must have me confused with someone else. The likelihood of me typing "Amazing" and "Clinton" in the same sentence is very very very very low.
Clinton was an "OK" president during MUCH better times. However the foreign/public/economic policies that became law under his administration created the mess that George W. Bush encountered and then made worse and that Obama then had to clean up with a congress that was going to obstruct obstruct obstruct his every move.
Bill Clinton himself, on the campaign trail, has stated that the level of GOP obstruction during Obama's presidency is unlike anything he's seen before.
