I'm a little amused by analysts claiming that large numbers of Democrats voting in the Republican primary is somehow bad for Clinton. Traditionally, the people who would care about Trump enough to do that are Sanders supporters; additionally, we've seen that in the northern states, greater turnout benefits Sanders, not Clinton. Should she not therefore actually benefit from Democrats swinging over the the Republicans to influence their votes? After all, it's going to be the more liberal section of voters that attempts to do that, not the moderate Clinton supporters or the older folk.

Anyway, a Hillary sweep tonight would be nice. It'll help her prepare for a long trail of seven super-white states (and one mildly diverse state, Arizona) before we finally get to New York's vote on April 19th.

Well that's what happened in Michigan, Democrats voted Republican to hurt Trump and it ended up hurting Clinton.

Although I'd think after Michigan everyone realizes how important it is to just vote for the candidate you want to win and worry about nothing else.

In states today, like OH, there are a high number of independents and blue collar democrats who could possibly (not proven yet) vote for republican. In the 0.0001% chance that does happen, they don't cancel the rest of the primaries. She just runs uncontested basically. so they will still hold primaries and caucuses but she'll just win (or maybe some other political heavyweight jumps in like Joe Biden)

Well other states would still vote, but she would be the nominee for sure. Her campaign would pivot to focusing on the general election and Bernie would give a speech telling his supporters to support Hillary.

In a nutshell... Martin dropped out but still gets some votes in states because people will still vote for him. Carly Fiorina, Jeb Bush, and even Rick Santorum were on the Ohio ballot for Republicans this morning. So, they'd still vote for Bernie likely, but it would be Hillary running and campaigning with no clear opponent and the nomination is all hers.
