Not at all. He wants wages to increase, not decrease. That would be counterproductive to what he wants to accomplish, which is higher wages for the middle class.

I haven't looked into it much, but aren't most jobs that are affected by immigration considered lower class? As in, increased immigration isn't adversely affecting the wages of respiratory therapists, but of farm workers.
