Concerning Latinos, the point is to court new blood - no shade but Cubans are already going to vote GOP unlike the rest. Where are the Mexican-Americans who make up a big chunk of the Western US/overall Latin population? Start enticing them for starters.

As for Bernie, he does stand for good, but as much as I'd like to take notes from other places, we are just not ready for such a change. Maybe next decade.

Most importantly, your first point is true. NEVER take anything for granted, she can't coast on anything and must always be willing to debate to death if she wants to keep her chance at the presidency.

Blacks love Obama and Bill. And she is close to both. We are also, especially here in the South, religious and more moderate/conservative. We know her record and leadership skill. Many of the black votes are women who want to see a female finally win. And it isn't easy to convince us some old white man can help us out after decades and decades of them failing to do so.
