I can't believe they ruined SimCity... I've actually played SimCity quite a bit, since they allowed you to play it offline and it's okay but soooooo disappointing.

Honestly lost me with The Sims 4. The home design features are so tacky and the overall look and feel is too cartoonish compared to The Sims 3, which was more focused on realism.

I can see it happening. They'll probably try to milk the Sims series as much as they can but whether people will like it or not is a different story.

I love the Sims 1, 2 & 3 and I still play them all occasionally. But I have no interest in playing Sims 4 since it seems like a step down rather than an improvement. EA becomes more money-hungry with each game so maybe it's better if there isn't a Sims 5.

The Sims 4 base game was a mess and only sold 300k digitally before the first DLC and now it's selling above EA's expectations and is EA's best selling franchise currently. The DLC is what makes a Sims game and you basics can stay missing out because the base game didn't suit your needs The DLC has been awesome.
