Imo, her team is leaking these info for the reason that i stated before. Who the hell would pay so much for Christina? She is not that relevant anymore. I'm not hating btw i just find it ridiculous.

She's done it before, but it's been a while since any stories about her doing any private concerts for a super wealthy person/small group has circulated. I think one of the most recent one I've heard was a New Year's Eve performance a few years back, maybe? I doubt she even negotiates/considers the offers for private shows or has the time since she tours so heavily now and likely puts all time/energy into that.

Christina is considered a pop legend by most of the world so even though she's not that "relevant" anymore, she'd be that expensive. Take the above example, here MJ still got $17M from a Sultan in 1996, WAY past his prime. So X's engagements seem entirely plausible to me, plus she sang live while MJ most probably did not.
