1999, Haley Joel Osment in 6th Sense, the #2 movie of the year behind Phantom Menace.
1979, Justin Henry in Kramer vs. Kramer, Best Picture winner and #1 movie of the year.
1968, Jack Wild in Oliver!, Best Picture winner and #7 movie of the year.
So if you're a boy you better be in a BP winner and/or a huge hit if you want a nom.
Larson will most likely get the oscar but I'm still rooting for Ronan.
