Bieber, Ed Sheeran, Jason Derulo, Pitbull, Justin Timberlake, Bruno, Usher, Chris Brown, Sam Smith, One Direction / Zayn, Shawn Mendes, even 3OH!3 who have nothing to lose.
The problem with the whole Kesha situation and the backlash toward Sony that's come as a result is that Kesha being let go from her contracts all comes down to Luke, not Sony, and I honestly can't see him renegeing no matter how bad the backlash gets.
If he lets her go, it'll come across as something of an indirect admission of guilt and it'll completely destroy whatever shreds of a positive reputation he has left.

It's so detestable that people continue to use this case to come after Katy, Beyonce, or Rihanna for "not speaking out". Let people live their lives and figure things out. Things are happening behind the scenes, especially for Katy who's closer to the situation. She's also going through a relationship crisis (cause I assume her and Luke are friends). Let her breathe.

That is literally the only reason. Kesha's mother alleged that Luke claims he would "ruin Kesha's life and career" if she ever came forward with this.
If he is able to keep her under contract, she will literally be bound to him for the rest of her life because he won't release the albums she makes, if she even tries to make them.
Kesha is Luke's biggest money maker. Like, the only other semi-notable person on his roster is ****ing Becky G.
