Based on the results in Clark, the precincts in ELV, and the overall entrance poll error, I do not believe Sanders won the Hispanic vote.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I wonder if the media will run with the "Sanders won Hispanics" angle for the sake of narrative. But there are too many Hispanics in Clark County for Hillary to win big there without also winning the Hispanic vote.
Here I thought the endorsement from the Clark County Black Caucus would counter that. Not to mention Killer Mike.
Even if she stays consistent with minorities, she needs do something about the fact that she's losing whites in droves. Nevada is not a blowout by any means.
Clark County still has the fourth lowest percentage of reported precincts; one of the other three has Bernie leading, another has a tie, and the other has a big Hillary win.

Obama proved that winning whites is not essential to being successful. Obama only won 39% of whites in 2012 but it didn't matter.
Hillary needs the solid white Dems to show up for her (and it looks like they're still here for her), and big turnout from minorities in November.
. I'm not sure where those three delegates are at. If they're in Clark then she gets at least one of them, for a decisive win.
