i think it's important to keep in mind that the lives of minorities aren't the same all across the country, so i don't think this always applies in specific areas. it's important because most minorities in nevada are hispanic, while it's more balanced further east. that's not really saying you're necessarily completely wrong, just that overall statistics should be approached with some skepticism when dealing with individual states
