Kesha didn't present reasonable evidence. Why should we try a man for a crime we're not a 100% sure he commited?

Rape isn't the easiest thing to prove. If we'd want to be 100% sure rape happened with full evidence like sperm traces and evidence that the victim didn't want it (voice recording, video, etc), only a very small amount of rapists would go to jail, and you'd get situations like in India.
