It's not about promo, it's about the songs not getting released in any form, period. And if she puts them online without the label's permission they'll sue her which would be disastrous. It's a lose lose situation for Kesha.

I only feel sorry for Ke$ha because music and song are skills/talents so intertwined to the human experience that it's upsetting to see it be restricted by something on a piece of paper.
