I do think the people should have more say, and that's what us electing a president does, but it's hard when you have a Congress that's the opposite party. And I don't think that will change anytime soon.
Slow progression is better than no progression because we want it so fast. That's why I'm voting Hillary. Bernie is to on the left for me, and that's just as bad as someone on the far right. (Cruz)
EDIT: Hillary does not sound like Bernie imo. She's more aggressive, and it's true that he was brought her to the left on issues like Wall Street and campaign finance reform. Both camps have said that the debate now is on how to get things done, not what should be getting done. That's the difference.
I'm not voting for someone who will say whatever is necessary to win.

Sanders doesn't have the history with black folks most national Dems do. It's illogical but I honestly think it would happen. My mom basically already said she would, even though I told her that would make zero sense. But there's your average voter.

Most primaries are closed or don't have same day registration. You won't be seeing independent party numbers like in Iowa or New Hampshire.
