Yes we should all love Madonna but also be objective.
It's revisionist historians who want to pretend Madonna was respected her entire career. Part of what drove her was to show that she could be more than what they claimed she was.
Madonna proved that a great vision and clever marketing with savvy business techniques can make her the best selling female artist of all time.
doesn't make her the most respected. TBH many still see her as an old heaux that is desperately seeking youth like a vampire taking it from fresh meat.
Love her nonetheless.
People are mad that Madonna loves Britney and doesn't show their faves as much love.
Sad that she'll be over by the time her fanbase hits puberty.
