Very Possible
1) The mailers he sent, people are saying, easily could have broken laws for misrepresenting a govt document, and the Iowa Sec. of State also showed concerns.
2) Turns out, Carson released a statement he wasn't dropping out 30 min b4 Cruz campaign sent out a message to their precinct captains to tell Carson voters he was dropping out. The math was done, and if just FOUR people in each precinct switched b/c of that it costed Trump the election.
Trump has every right to sue, and he should.
. Still though it remains to be seen if the Republican Party will help Donald in any way. They already hate him (for good reasons!)
