Name a single Republican President since 1980 who has balanced the budget? They can't because all they talk about is how much taxes they plan to cut. Bernie already explained how he'd pay for his plan. Tax increases on the top 2% of income earners will generate more than enough money to pay for the programs even if you project it modestly.

Since 1976, only one Republican presidential candidate who won Iowa has gone on to win the nomination, George W. Bush. Huckabee won in 2008. Santorum won in 2012, but when all was said and done, McCain and Romney respectively got the nomination.

Bernie is going to win New Hampshire after getting over 49% of the vote in Iowa.
