Receptionists? defo not
They get so much **** from the public and their managers. The public blames the receptionists for their issues and the managers won't blame themselves or the customer -- so they blame you too.
They're also the face of the building thus most likely to first face abuse from the public.
Plus fancy hotel customers are probably those stuckup middle class bigots who think they can always get their own way
