They get so much **** from the public and their managers. The public blames the receptionists for their issues and the managers won't blame themselves or the customer -- so they blame you too.

not really. virtual jobs can be be exhausting too. i'm talking about real jobs online like admin office assistant, chat and email support, etc. and not beermoney. there are tasks like you have to make 700 emails per day, set appointments for clients, transcribing medical and legal files and more. sometimes it can be worse than working in the real office environment. you have no one to ask and talk to but yourself.
