I mean I would definitely be saying this if Clinton was ahead. It means absolutely nothing this far out. As Giselle said, every reputable website will point that out because the results are so skewed by a variety of factors it is in no way reliable in the way of predicting the presidency

I mean, I haven't once used data from that to make arguments because I know it's useless. So yes you'd be wrong

I'm sorry but it's considered a conspiracy theory on here because it's not in Clinton's favor

It does say a lot about Sanders' electability when he's 18 points ahead of Rubio while Clinton is nearly tied.
I'm not using this against Clinton, but this proves that Bernie is in fact electable and can defeat the GOP.

Pretty much every respectable political analyst will tell you that GE polls at this stage mean nothing. This is not an ATRL/Tumblr/Facebook/Reddit conspiracy, this is just like... fact. Us Clinton supporters don't only criticize things when they aren't in her favor like the Conspiracy Theorists do.

Conspiracies don't have anything to do with this particular instance, it just goes to my point that the Conspiracy Theorists (not a buzz word, my official term for Sanders supporters) do not usually operate on cold hard facts and don't know very much about politics and how thinks work. Which adds to the theory that they are supporting with their hearts, not their heads.

Your understanding is completely and utterly wrong. Check the appropriations committee and the U.S. Constitution.

I prefer Hillary's education policies, my confidence in what tax rates would look under her administration, more finesse when it comes to compromise, and her ability to lead a cohesive foreign policy. The most important issue to me are the economy and education.

Ok..... This wasn't the kind of answer I was looking for. Maybe I should be more specific about the questions like:
1. Is there reason to believe that HOR would be opposed to single payers healthcare in budget?
2. Even if they was, the quote you posted says that they "review all bills and resolutions on the budget". It doesn't say they can make amendments.

So once Bernie becomes president, do you have any "facts" that may indicate Bernie will not be able to achieve single payer healthcare for all? I know you're eager to checkmate me, but tone it down a bit, hun.

Yes there is a reason the HOR would be strongly opposed to single payer since it is a republican stronghold and statistically there is maybe a .01% chance it goes dem in 2016. The HOR gerrymandering favors republicans and the only way single payer would get passed is with a democratic HOR , senate, and president.

The House of Representatives, at the moment, has the highest percentage of republicans since early 1920s-1930s America. It is staunchly republican so ANY single payer provision would 100% not make it through HOR

You need HOR and the Senate together (I doubt it'll even pass the Senate) to have the bill arrive at the desk of a Potential Bernie Sanders. That's why the HOR would be opposed to single payers healthcare in a budget
