Except...the ENTIRE reason why BET and the awards were even created or exist is specifically because of the lack of inclusion that black people recieve at other shows, networks, etc. If yall dont shut the entire **** up with this dumbass argument. EVERY station is WET, every award show is the WET awards
The same reason why we have black history month, to recognize and give props to black people that are normally ignored/overlooked any other time. We wouldn't need or have these things in the first place if black or people were equally represented and everything else.
