This is a pop music forum where we discuss our faves and their chart performance/achievements. You make it seem as though I have those things on my twitter bio or my resume. I definitely don't think of her achievements as my own because I have my own personal achievements which I surely won't parade on my sig on a POP forum. Maybe on a brag about your own achievements forum.

We're no different from sports stans, except their stanning for sports team + knowledge of team stats and whatnot is seen as "legit" because sports are a 'straight male' thing (which implicitly legitimizes them).

BUT we don't get into riots or brawls like sports fans when our faves lose, and alcohol consumption isn't deeply tied to the music fan identity the way it is to the sports fan identity (ie: watching the game is a social event where drinking is ritualized and almost required).
