Olly Alexander sings about lust, vulnerability and other emotions he's gone through in his past relationships. Songs like "Desire", "Worship", "Take Shelter" and such approach a different theme rather than just "love" and "break ups" which makes it refreshing to listen to.
Highlights: Shine, Worship, Desire

1. Carly Rae Jepsen - E•MO•TION
released June 23, 2015
Quite frankly, I was turned off from listening to this album for the longest time as "I Really Like You" was the lead single for this album campaign and I've seen just SO many ATRLers enjoying this album, so without even listening to the album I had this weird stigma thinking that everyone was bandwagoning. This album was one of the BEST pop albums I've heard in a while. All the 80s synth influence and living up to its title, it plays with my emotion a bit. It's just extremely unfortunate how overlooked this album is to the public
Highlights: Run Away With Me, When I Needed You, Emotion
