Yeah it was built in the 60s for the Mexico CIty Olympics... so its old. Locals call it Palacio de los REBOTES (bouncebacks) because of the horrible acoustics. The main reason why most international acts play Palacio de los deportes is that its owned by OCESA, the promoter who brings in most of these acts
We also have Arena CD de Mexico with is much nicer although not as centric and is owned by the competitor company that secures much fewer acts.

do you really think she'll do it? I swear people are hearing music played over a sound system and say it's 'being rehearsed'. They also 'rehearsed' it in St. Paul and Las Vegas and 'rehearsed' Borrowed Time in Europe.
