I somehow gained 20lbs in the last year despite not looking much different. So I'm making myself crazy with gym anxiety (didn't go today and I feel like ass), but still eating garbage mostly. It worked when I was 20, but I think my metabolism is starting to suck.

SAME!
Even though I work out regularly, I have not stopped eating junk food, which has been a big obstacle in me not being able to reach my goal.
And I never used to be a huge fan of sugary things, which helped me a lot, but all of a sudden in the past year, I've become addicted to everything sweet. It's a mess.
