The only way a no-name, faceless actor is going to catch any sort of break is if she's attractive, i.e. Megan Fox. For no-name, faceless male actors, they don't have to be attractive, they just have to be able to cry on cue and then they can catch a break, i.e. Eddie Redmayne. In fact, today's Hollywood prefers their male actors to be ugly for some reason.
