The price is one of the biggest factors on it's #4 ranking.
At least they explained the ranking since London's universities outrank all the other cities' on this list pretty significantly: Imperial (likely ranked above all other European schools except Oxford/Cambridge), LSE, UCL, King's, etc.
This clearly left out affordability, cause half those cities are unaffordable to live in, even when your not a student.

Apart from London, and maybe Paris + one of the Australian cities, I'd say they're all fairly "affordable"
Ummm London and Melbourne are nowhere near affordable What the heck. I have friends who went for college in both cities and they're just as expensive as Manhattan.
