Is it normal that you feel so strange after drinking one can on Red Bull? I have to study much so I drank it, I usually don't use energy drinks. I read somewhere it can cause heart attacks, is it normal?

Energy drinks make me have heart palpitations.

You have to drink it slowly if you are not used to it. You blood pressure is just too high rn and u can feel palpitations.
