The bells refer to the opening and closing bells of WALL STREET where the location is near...as well as the bull someone pointed out. The father is George Washington, the statue across the street. Federal Hall used to be the capital of the United States at one point.
It was literally an experience I'll never forget. It was intimate, detailed, creepy yet amazing.
Big thing here: there's a picture that was on one of the phones of a gold room with gold walls and Braille on them. That was the final portion of the experience.
