Yes, they're tragic. Not sure why we're arguing considering I'm right. Make a thread about her catalog sales with numbers and we'll see if they're good!
Lmao. It's safe to say that most children who bought those Britney albums in 1999/early 2000s don't use/own them.
Anyway, her catalog sales have, I think, always been tragic. Her music doesn't stand the test of time!

you are not right. you are doing what a hive member is known for deflection and diversion tactics.
See your fave didn't do it the first time making massive massive album sales and single sales a part of her peak so instead of addressing the pure sales during an era you focus on the catalog sales for albums that are NO LONGER priced at full value and trying to place a measurement of accomplishment in what you view as good (opinion based) as a fact.
So because your fave didn't pull blockbuster numbers initially you would like to praise that she is doing a great job (in your opinion) on reduced album sales years later which could mean something IF those "catalog sales that you deem not tragic" were making your fave's 1st album go 5x, 6x, 7x platinum, making her 2nd and 3rd album go 4x, 5x platinum, her 4th which you noted is STILL platinum in the states. It was 1.4M then after the surprise gimmick it's at what 1.5/6M
Is it 2x platinum? Do you realize that your agenda doesn't materialize into upgrades in her certifications.
Let this sink in: (i spilled it in the summer) JLO's album sales for her first 4 albums in the states are not that far off from your fave...
Let this sink in: come on over by shania twain went 20x platinum...if 4 sold 100-200k in catalog sales since falling off the charts, it doesn't mean that shania's 20x platinum album that hasn't garnered those units in catalog sales since it's certification isn't the bigger album or that people don't care about Shania's music.
With that said, i'm gonna walk my dog literally and figuratively and when i come back I fully expect another strong (in your opinion) "argument" with as many holes in it as a slice of swiss cheese.
Come hard with numbers that are keeping those US certifications upgraded at a fast pace.
Let's not put too much stock in low selling albums selling overtime but not resulting in massive sales in the long run.
A katy/missy superbowl surge tea...
