on bad romance,
i think maybe a lot of people are just going to buy the physical album,
and probably are being quite hesitant to download a single track on it,
or say, buy the song twice, since the whole package really offers a lot more
and she's releasing the music video next week, and performance at ama awards later, so i'll keep faith
Will you people stop exaggerating about "Bad Romance"? It is not flopping. It just fell a few spots. Once airplay goes up, and the video comes out, it'll go back up! God....

As in...established acts. 2 number ones doesn't guarantee anything at all. Fact is, she was unknown in the States 13 months ago. Canada has known about Lady GaGa for 3-4 months longer than the US. That's evident in the iTunes positions, #1 in Canada and #5 or #6 in The US.
Face it - with the hype and success GaGa has had this year, she should have shot to #1 in a matter of hours and held onto that spot for 2 weeks. This was a good wake-up call for her stans.
^ I've already written this above. But, NO, that is not the case. She does not have a LARGE fanbase, and PF and Just Dance hit #1 because of slow and gradual popularity. Her songs have never been immediate in the States, why do you expect that to happen all of sudden with this track? Lady GaGa is actually not that recognised as an artist around the States, but her #1s are. Certainly not to the same extent as Taylor Swift or Rihanna or even Miley Cyrus.
And a wake-up call to what? That previous success doesn't guarantee future success? Nobody needs to wake up to that, it's fact. Everybody knows that.

TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU
people should really stop saying that its "flopping" or "wake up call" .. coz the song is great and its gonna go top 10 .. so no need to trash it
