Rubio won't ever happen, lol. He's been pushed by the media for like, what, two months? And still no traction.
Also, he doesn't sound very presidential with his weak-voiced soprano (just saying)
Trump will win the primaries, lol. Republicans need to stop being delusional.
Hillary will floor him in the GE. It's gonna be brutal though, i can't wait for the insults

Trump would have to start trotting out the women Bill Clinton sexually assaulted to get even close to beating Hilary at this point. I thought he a shot a few months ago, but that moment has passed..

And "grandpa" like honey Hillary's a grandma too and he's only 6 years older + and unlike her, never had any medical condition that put him off of work.

His ideas aren't being adopted HERE. Like, economists agree that we literally can't do it yet. I like them - I want them. But I want them in about a decade when we can actually do them, and the stepping stone between them is Hilly C.
I will shade him as an upstart grandpa until he learns to comb his hair and participate in a nationally televised debate in a proper manner; health has nothing to do with it.

He was campaigning Sunday night, went to surgery Monday morning, returned home Monday evening and attended senate on Tuesday, that's not "staying off of work"

I love Russ Feingold. I'd love him as President.

Of course they're not being adopted HERE, that's why he's um... idk... running for president? And he said numerous times that there is no way this can be done overnight, him getting elected for the next 4/8 years will be a start for the country to move away from the corporate greed and corrupt campaign finance system.
His manners are just fine, people find his personality far more relateable and appealing than Hillary's anyway and he's getting a lot of praise for not sugar-coating and saying things straight-up like they're supposed to be said.

I wonder how Obamacare starting to fall apart will affect the election. Can't be good for Dems, however the GOP hasn't decided on a viable alternative.

Those aren't even the problems. His other policies (see: minimum wage) will not work. That is the issue. And they're things that he'd implement now rather than setting up a process of any sort. Like that is the point, I GET that he is running for President to promote these ideas. They are still NOT being adopted here and WILL NOT be by a sensible candidate in 2015.
Also, just want to say, his endless droning about campaign finance as if it's the biggest issue in the 2015 race is almost as irritating as his failure to appropriately respond to the opening question at the last debate.

And like everyone else in the Democratic field including Bernard she said we need to expand upon it.
[insert Bernie'd "It's not enuff!!" line here]

The minimum wage is gonna work, like Governor Newsom stated several times about how he kept raising it and there weren't any negative consequences, barely and job losses. Plus, Bernie implied many that he will only gradually implement his ideas when elected.
Campaign finance is actually a huge issue, the fact that billionaires can milk the **** out of a candidate and donate millions of dollars to campaigns is just corrupt and if this continues, the government will be filled with all the Scott Brown's of this world, everything will be in the hands of the Koch brothers and other corrupt wealthy individuals.

Bernie clearly talked about his plans to shift to a single-payer healthcare system rather than deal with the current state of ACA.

Yeah no, it was even addressed at the last debate - $15 an hour can't be a thing.
Campaign finance is very minor compared to issues like the growing tension in Syria and the Middle East, which Bernie is not equipped to handle unlike his opponent.
But would single-payer actually be the most viable approach right now? And would anything he does pass with resistance from both Republicans and a good number of Dems who seek to alter the ACA?
There are a million walls that Bernie runs straight into in a hypothetical presidency.

I still think 15 dollars an hour is way too much. That seemed very ridiculous and I am a big fan of raising minimum wage. That's more money than most full time jobs get.

It is a very popular conception in political science to run your campaign promoting models (especially controversial ones like healthcare) that are more extreme than what would typically work, so that when proposals take place, the compromise won't be as damaging as it would be if the proposition had already been center-leaning and crafted based on political compromise, because you know for a fact that the opposing party will try to drag it to their end of the spectrum no matter how close to their end it is. Bernie knows exactly what he's doing.

Yes. He's outright lying in order to get votes, and knows he won't (can't) follow through on the promises that get him into office.
Meanwhile, Hillary's are actually what would typically work, and are supported by professionals in their fields.

Hilary's plans are not that much more realistic than Bernie's. She just came out with her $200-300B infrastructure plan, paid for with "business tax reforms". Just as unrealistic as Bernie's "wall street speculation tax". As if Hilary who is bought and paid for by corporations will be doing an major corporate tax reforms, Obama himself barely did any.
