In the t**r**t sites you automaticaly send parts of the file you've already downloaded to others. In many countries downloading is not illegal but sharing/sending/uploading is.

You don't break the law downloading something from Zippyshare etc. but you do it uploading something there or using t*rr**t sites

I did that though and deleted them direct after the downloads were completed. Itt is not enough to avoid the case but court might decide that there are no proof that I've actually let people download them from my computer. The main point for the lawyers is to scare people and make them pay 3000 Euro.
