If you can get past the beginning, the song definitely has potential.
But Britney needs a hit and this isn't it.

Judging by one of her comments on the Soundcloud page, I think she's trying to get Britney's team to hear it.
But if she did her homework, she'd know that Britney doesn't use demos that are already out in the open.

Too damn basic. It prob could have ended up on BJ, but moving forward I would hope they are over this whole basic EDM/scraps that they settled for with that album.
