They were caught up though, ISIS on purpose place innocent civilians near their military base to deter forces from attacking, it's basic strategy; either they won't attack in fear of killing innocent lives or they do attack and ISIS further uses it to propagate their propaganda and collect more recruits. It's a disgusting cycle.

U can't argue with radicals like ISIS. They're gonna attack more innocent lives if we don't eliminate them. If a mentally unstable person is stabbing u to death in an alley are u gonna fight back or say "lets talk, I can get u help"
