Going by how accurate the bombings against ISIS are and how many innocent people are being held captitive in ISIS camps I wouldnt be so sure about this bombings not having civilian casualties. The first world just dont get it, stop bombing their homes and help them build a self sustaining economy. maybe then ISIS will run out of suicide bombers.

yes and look at what happened in Paris. drone strikes work to isis advantage. the only way to get rid of isis, is to destroy their leaders, and the has to be done by solider in the neighboring country of Syria

It's sad that civilians could get killed but it seems like they're targeting area's where only terrorists will be. It needs to be done.

Oh don't be naive. There's always collateral damage when blunt tools like bombs are being used instead of something more "surgical" and pinpoint, like manpower.Violence is the answer as any infection has to be eradicated, but this is a rash and non-specific type of violence.

They were caught up though, ISIS on purpose place innocent civilians near their military base to deter forces from attacking, it's basic strategy; either they won't attack in fear of killing innocent lives or they do attack and ISIS further uses it to propagate their propaganda and collect more recruits. It's a disgusting cycle.

Make no mistake, I'm no Assad supporter but best BELIEVE that we all lived SAFELY under him before the "Arab Spring". Jews lived alongside Christians and Muslims and minorities were and still are protected by him. The claim that he used chemical gas against him has been debunked and it's actually been found that the rebels used chemical gas.

What I'm trying to get to is the point that the West needs to stop pretending like fighting alongside Assad won't solve the ISIS issue. Utilise him.
