It's either fashion or it's a costume. Not both.
A costume is like someone buying a cop outfit for Halloween. That's not what's going on at runways. Or with Gaga.

Gaga is not always too theatrical.
Sometimes she looks way better than everyone, and she's very capable of showing everyone up, too.
Her and Rihanna are scarily alike IMO, they refuse to be erased and always find new ways to serve.
