Yeah but also keep in mind how much they are willing to pay you.
You don't always have to go to the greatest school undergrad if you have plans for grad school but if you are only going to undergrad then yes that applies.
I say go to the school where your major (if you already have one) is great and they are offering the biggest scholarship/grant etc.
