Yeah, I'm sticking with my theory that Annalise shot herself in order to successfully kill Sinclair and get away with it. It explains why Frank was fake upset in the hospital.
Quote:
- Keating Four are at the Hapstalls, with Annalise being shot at an unknown time.
- Wes and Co are there, with Con and Mic leaving the Hapstalls house. Bonnie kills and pushes Sinclair over the ledge.
- Somehow they end up with Annalise being shot. We see Wes running away from the gunshot, and Con stays behind. They go back to retrieve him, leave, get picked up by Nate, and inform Caleb of the “plan” going good.
- Bonnie leaves the Hapstalls house with Asher in towe (he probably witnessed the Sinclair murder).
- Ash leaves when Bon parks at the gas station to confess to something.
- Next we see Annalise go to the hospital, with Frank having Catherine in his car and acting to be overly concerned for Annalise, but to drop the act past the camera. So far, everyone is aware of the plan, even Annalise to an extent?
- Frank leaves Catherine in the woods, with everyone following through on their part in this “plan”.
The only missing equation is the time after Sinclair dies and when we see Con extremely frazzled, with Annalise bleeding to death. During that time is when the shot takes place. This is probably when they interacted with shooter and bail.
