It's sold over 1.7M in the US alone and debuted at number four in Australia, number eleven in the UK, and number one in Canada where it's under certified.
Pretty sure they've sold the same or Blown Away slightly more.
Now where are the receipts for ARTPOP? And don't give me Media-traffic, they are not reliable.

The only countries Blown Away charted in outside of NA are

ARTPOP is under-certified like i've told you before so you can't use it certification when at least top 3 almost everywhere it charted
